CCR question 4
Q) How does your research inform your products and the way they use or challenge conventions?
From the very beginning of our project, we recognized the importance of creating a sense of unity and cohesion across all aspects of our brand. We knew that by linking every element of the project together, we could create a stronger and more recognizable brand identity, which would help to boost awareness and attract a wider audience. As a result, we spent a lot of time researching different options and exploring creative ways to present our brand across all platforms.
One area we focused on was our social media page. We recognized that the layout and presentation of our artist page would play a critical role in promoting our music video and attracting audiences. We wanted to create a unique and eye-catching social media presence that would stand out from the crowd and help to generate buzz around our project. By carefully considering different design options and experimenting with different layouts, we were able to create a social media page that perfectly complemented our overall brand identity.
Another key aspect of our project was the digipack representation. We recognized that this would be a critical element in helping us to connect all aspects of the project together, and so we put a lot of effort into designing and creating a digipack that perfectly captured the essence of our music and our brand. By researching different design options and exploring creative ways to present our brand across the digipack, we were able to create a cohesive and visually stunning representation of our project.
Throughout the project, research played an important role in helping us to stay creative and innovative. We drew inspiration from different sources, such as the music videos for "Castle on the Hill" by Ed Sheeran and "Faded" by Alan Walker, which helped us to envision different ways to create the best shots and to decide on locations. By carefully analyzing these references and exploring different creative options, we were able to create a project that was truly unique and stood out from the crowd.
In conclusion, by focusing on linking every aspect of our project together and investing time and effort into research and creativity, we were able to create a cohesive and memorable brand identity that perfectly captured the essence of our music and our message.
